The brief

This project came to Arden Strata through a referral from a previous client. With no interior designer involved, the scheme was led by the homeowners themselves, who wanted a space that reflected their personalities: clean, minimal, and understated, yet with a clear sense of sophistication.

Working closely with the couple, we helped shape a home that matched their vision exactly. Subtle lighting, expansive glazing, and abundant natural light combined to make the property feel larger than its footprint while maintaining a calm, refined atmosphere.

Design features

• Subtle lighting and large elevations of glazing created a bright, open feel throughout the home.
• A carefully considered minimalist design delivered a clean and uncluttered interior with a sophisticated finish.
• Integrated soundproofing and MF ceiling works supported the internal sound system and cinema installation.
• A full insulation package, including insulated plasterboards, helped achieve the required thermal performance.

Our contribution

Our team carried out the MF and soundproofing works required to support the home's internal audio and cinema systems, alongside a comprehensive insulation package and the installation of insulated plasterboards. Much of the technical work was concealed behind the final plastered surfaces, but it played a vital role in delivering both comfort and performance.

The finished project stands out within the Arden Strata portfolio as a home that balances simplicity, technical quality, and understated elegance. It is a strong example of how close collaboration with clients can produce a highly personal and successful result.
