The brief

Working alongside one of the North West's leading super-home builders, Arden Strata collaborated with the architect and interior designer to deliver a highly detailed 12,000 sq ft residence. The design brief called for a clean, minimalist aesthetic with no conventional finishing woodwork.

Instead of traditional skirting boards and architraves, the home featured a bespoke shadow gap bead detail throughout. This approach demanded exceptional precision to achieve the crisp, uninterrupted lines the client envisioned.

Design features

Our contribution

Our specialist team applied grounds to the drylined walls to ensure every shadow gap bead had sufficient fixing points while maintaining perfectly clean lines across the scheme. We also delivered the dropped MF feature ceilings, together with all drylining and plastering works, to the exacting standard required.

This project brought out the best in the Arden Strata team. The finished result, particularly within the striking stairwell, showcases the level of workmanship and finish that defines our approach.
